  • A coaching session normally lasts around 60 minutes, and each one will be slightly different. At the start, I’ll ask lots of questions and we’ll talk through your goals and challenges. Sometimes, I’ll set a written exercise for you to complete in your own time, and we’ll focus on your outputs in the following session.

    As the programme progresses, we’ll build a plan to help you achieve your goals and maintain the resilient mindset needed to do so. You can learn more about the process on my coaching page.

  • I offer a 12-session programme, which is usually delivered over three or four months. This duration gives you the perfect amount of space to work through your beliefs and make lasting changes.

  • I don’t offer one-off sessions, as these don’t give us enough time to fully work through and change your beliefs. But if you’re interested in working with me, you can start your journey with a free, 30-minute chat to see if we’re a good fit – no obligation to sign up.

  • Your investment in yourself is personal, and because every programme is tailored to your needs, each one is different. We’ll have an open conversation about pricing once I have a clearer understanding of your needs, and requirements.

  • Yes. I am certified with the Unbreakable Mindset Academy and accredited through the ACCPH – Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists.

  • While therapy tends to focus on past and present traumas to help with specific mental health problems, coaching is broader and more focused on the future.

    With a coach, you’ll work to understand where your belief system comes from and how it’s holding you back, before learning practical actions, tools and strategies to work towards your goals.
